Please complete the attached form to request a shirt for the upcoming order. To help keep costs under $25 per shirt, we will generally wait to place an order until we have approximately 20 requests for the same product. We plan to place merchandise orders about every three months and will send notifications when items arrive and are ready for pickup at the church. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup.
